Recently I’ve been lazy with my hair regimen. Sometimes I must admit this natural hair lark does get tiresome. I hadn’t washed my hair in a couple of weeks and it was beginning to show. My scalp was flaky, my hair had a lot of build-up and was generally dry and dull. I knew it was time to clarify.

I used As I Am Curl Clarify Shampoo to thoroughly cleanse my scalp and followed up with Curls Ecstasy Hair Tea Conditioner to deep condition. My hair felt and looked squeaky clean! I find that my hair colour looks grey after a few weeks but after clarifying it looks black and lustrous 🙂

After that I used KeraCare Leave-in conditioner followed by KeraCare Twist & Define Cream to create my signature flat-twist up-do 🙂
