As I didn’t have the energy  to spend over three hours  flat twisting my hair, I settled on two jumbo flat twists. At the front of my head I added a flat-twist pompadour for extra volume and texture. I love this style as it’s quick and easy to create and should last good 5 days. It took me under 10 minutes and that included re-doing the left side. I’m right-handed so when flat-twisting the left side of my head I have to remember to either twist inwards when braiding vertically or upwards when braiding horizontally. It’s quite technical this flat-twisting lark, but once you’ve mastered the basics your styling options are endless!
