Protective Style Natural Hair Up-do

It’s getting too cold for me to bear my scalp with a flat twist up-do so this is the next best thing. I will wear this style for work for the whole of this week. The forecasters have predicted snow this week so I will be wearing my hat with a silk scarf underneath. 🙂

What does my hair look like ‘out’?

Before I washed my hair I did a ‘pre-shampoo’ treatment, which basically means I moisturized my hair with olive oil and then de-tangled with a wide tooth comb. That’s me underneath there somewhere. Definitely not for walking down the street!
